This isn't the album cover, but it could be. If it wasn't something else.
New Album: Elope

Even more overdue than this site's overhaul, Christina Milian's new album "Elope" is scheduled for release at some point in 2010, featuring the MySpace-released single "Us Against The World" from way back in October 2008.
Two years after being dumped by Def Jam in 2006 (traitors!) Milian signed with Myspace Records and began working on her new album, "Dream In Color". During the first half of 2008 she spent her time in the studio working with a whole range of ace producers, including Cool & Dre, J. R. Rotem, The Runners, Danja, Madd Scientist, T-Pain, Jim Jonsin and Toby Gad, to mention a few (ie the ones on Wikipedia). She then got bored and starred in "Bring It On: Fight to the Finish" instead, which mercifully featured Milian dressed as a cheerleader (yes, again - thank you "Man Of The House") before returning once more to the studio in 2009 to carry on where she had left off.
As the more astute among you may have noticed, "Dream In Color" isn't the same as "Elope". This little mystery would be unraveled however, if you'd just shut up and let her explain:
The title of my album is no longer called "Dream In Color". I loved the title before but a lot has changed especially since the new year has hit. '09, it's a new time and I really feel it's from me, my time right now. This next album is about taking responsibility for yourself, and making your own decisions. So, that is why I'm changing the album title to "Elope". One word says a whole lot... Get ready for a lot of changes.
This time she collaborated with The-Dream and Tricky Stewart, resulting in her signing up with The-Dream's own label Radio Killa, and then marrying him. So what can we expect from this latest offering?
Milian says that this album is all about "independence, not having to answer to any type of authority, being a woman at her best and feeling very confident". It carries an "edgy sound with lots of strong powerful anthems. Big up tempos, R&B and pop at its best and two big ballads".
You have been warned.
